1. SMS / Text Messaging Terms

Program description: If you opt in to customer care messages, JCM Tax and More LLC will text you about your inquiry, appointment confirmations and reminders, document requests and updates on the services you requested. If you separately opt in to promotional messages, we may also text you about offers, discounts and announcements for our tax and business services.

How to opt in: open the chat widget on jcmtaxandmore.com, enter your name and mobile number, and check the SMS consent checkbox for the type of messages you want to receive. Customer care messages and promotional messages each have their own checkbox, and neither checkbox is required to send us your request. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Opt out: you can cancel at any time. Text STOP to the number that sent you a message. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After that, you will not receive more messages unless you opt in again.
